MEET THE TEAM
JENNA WITTBOLD, Owner and Executive Event Planner, is a South Florida native with a passion for planning. She's the prior Chairman of the Board and prior President of National Association of Wedding Professionals (NAWP) of the Palm Beaches. Jenna grew up in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where she attended The Benjamin School and graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina earning a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality with a concentration in Event Management. Before founding Your Sparkling Event in 2011, Jenna gained fundamental event planning experience while working for a well-known wedding planning company in South Florida, as well as handling Catering and Events at Lost Tree Club in North Palm Beach, Florida. Additionally, she previously volunteered and worked extensively in the nonprofit world at The Benjamin School for 8 years as the Alumni Relations and Special Events Manager, mainly concentrating on building relationships, community events, donor relations, donor dinners/events, fundraising events, BASH Gala, and much more. Jenna also has a strong background working with Bidpal, GiveSmart and other nonprofit specific event software’s. She brings extensive hospitality, nonprofit and event planning experience to South Florida and Palm Beach weddings, galas, nonprofit, corporate style and overall events!
KIM HAASE, Senior Event Planner & Daily Operations, brings an abundant amount of experience to our team. She is a New Jersey native loving life in Florida. She unexpectedly met Jenna at the right time and has loved being a part of Your Sparkling Event’s Palm Beach event and wedding planning team. She has a passion for events and lives for every "sparkling" detail!
Kim graduated from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. Kim began her hospitality and events career at The Crowne Plaza. She then progressed within her career as a Wedding Sales Manager for an independent property. While her specialty has mainly been focused on weddings, she has taken a strong interest to continue to learn and grow in the corporate and nonprofit events. Kim truly enjoys planning and executing special days for all our clients and bride to be’s!
MAREN MCROBERTS, Design Coordinator & Event Assistant has a passion for planning, organizing, and making sure everyone is always 'good to go.' She thoroughly prides herself on making sure others are happy which makes her the perfect fit for the team! Those that know Maren, know she has always has had a strong passion for party planning whether it’s been through travel itineraries for family and friends, small get togethers, dozens of yearly birthday celebrations or engagement parties. Maren grew up in North Palm Beach, Florida and attended The Benjamin School for 14 years. She then went off to Florida State University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in communications. After graduation, she moved back to Jupiter, Florida and was involved in medical sales. During this time, she also attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received her certification as a health coach. Maren also teaches spin classes at Cyclebar in Palm Beach Gardens. Maren is extremely diligent, always has a smile on her face, and will truly help make your event or bridal experience go as smoothly as possible!
ALLISON HARPER, Senior Event Assistant, has always had a forte for planning weddings! She is a Florida native born and raised in the Panhandle, graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality. She always knew she would be doing something working with people, having such a bright and bubbly personality. Allison began her hospitality career at The Breakers Palm Beach and it opened her eyes to the world of events. She knew from that point on, this was her calling! After learning from the best in the industry, she moved on to Admirals Cove Country Club where she handled the Catering and Events Department. Allison met Jenna through hosting events at the Club, and they immediately hit it off. She loves to assist with executing and planning all the details for their client weddings and events.
KIMBERLY HICKEY, Senior Event Assistant, brings a wealth of background to our team from her combined hands on prior experience. She previously worked for 12 years with Four Seasons Hotel & Resort at both the Philadelphia and Palm Beach locations in various Food and Beverage and Catering management roles. She then moved to PGA National Resort & Spa as a Senior Catering Manager for 5 years. Kimberly’s most recent work has been in the nonprofit sector with the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County as an Event Planner and as a Development Officer for the Financial Resource Development team. Kimberly brings strong knowledge, innovative ideas, and top-notch service that is truly second-to-none of both catering, banquets, beverages, weddings, events, conferences, nonprofit events, galas, and all types of events!
LYNN MORRIS, Senior Event Assistant, has been in the event industry for 15+ years and brings a wide array of event logistics knowledge from working medical/pharmaceutical conferences, multi-million weddings, nonprofit fundraising events, galas, to vitamin supplement trade shows. Most recently, she worked with Opal Grand in Delray and Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa. Lynn is always up for a challenge and is sure to tackle any issue on the event day with professionalism, poise and a quick solution. She is utilized as a hands-on day of support staff for her efficiency, being a strong people person and capability to move quickly ‘on her toes!’ She loves bringing all the different types of logistics and puzzle pieces together to assist with building a beautiful masterpiece - that masterpiece being wonderful client events! In her free time, Lynn enjoys the sunshine and being with her husband, 5-year-old daughter, and 2 rescue pups.
LAURA BUSCH, Senior Event Assistant, is a Florida native residing in the beautiful town of Jupiter! With Bachelor degrees from the University of Central Florida in both Hospitality and Event Management, Laura has a comprehensive understanding and wealth of knowledge in the industry. Over the past fourteen years, she has gained invaluable experience in event management, working in diverse settings as such hotels, audio visual, catering, university affairs and most recently, the energy sector. Her career started in Orlando working corporate events for the JW Marriott and when she moved back home, she was an Event Manager at PGA National Resort & Spa. Laura has a strong passion for the event world ranging from corporate events, to nonprofit galas, conferences, weddings, and more! Together, we share an unyielding dedication to delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless execution for every event!
MORGAN M. EVERS, Graphic Designer, was born and raised in North Palm Beach, Florida. She attended Florida State University, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Criminology. Morgan currently lives in Tallahassee with her husband Matt and two children, Hinton and Finley. Morgan has almost 20 years of experience in human services and has spent the last decade supporting a variety of non-profits with their outreach, communications, and marketing efforts. It is in the non-profit event planning space that Morgan fell in love with creating and branding items to raise awareness, execute events, and promote fundraising. When Morgan is not graphic designing, Morgan has a consulting business called FINACIOUS, taking on local and statewide clients with efforts that pour good into the world and influence positive change.

KATIE MADYUN, Graphic Designer, was born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Prior to collaborating with Your Sparkling Event, Katie was a full-time Web Developer and Graphic Designer, with clients that ranged from large corporations and global brands to local small businesses and nonprofits. Katie has built websites in some of the most well-known industries, including law firms, bakeries, clothing designers, and medical and insurance companies (to name a few!), and, impressively, her design work has been featured at The Breakers, The Mar-A-Lago, and in Palm Beach Society Magazine. She also is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Student ACES and proud owner of Jupiter Family Fun. Some of her prior projects and collaborations have consisted of Little Smiles, Student ACES, Curetivity for The Eric Trump Foundation, Jupiter Medical Center’s Gala and Catholic Charities. Katie works hard behind the scenes to advise and guide our team to ensure we are providing a unique product, with the highest standards, while maintaining the utmost value for our nonprofit clients!
